WordPress Developer
WordPress Developer
We are looking for an experienced WordPress Developer who can build and maintain custom WordPress solutions, from bespoke themes and plugins to headless setups. You will work across a variety of client projects, contributing to both the technical architecture and day-to-day delivery.
What you will do
- Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch
- Build and maintain headless WordPress implementations using REST API or GraphQL
- Integrate WordPress with third-party platforms, payment gateways and external APIs
- Apply performance, security and SEO best practices across all builds
- Collaborate with designers and frontend developers to deliver pixel-perfect results
- Manage and optimise existing WordPress sites, including updates, migrations and performance audits
What you bring
- Must have: 3+ years of custom WordPress development, themes and plugins, not just page builders
- Strong PHP, JavaScript, HTML and CSS
- Headless WordPress experience (REST API, WPGraphQL) is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with ACF, WooCommerce and common WordPress ecosystems
- Understanding of web performance, Core Web Vitals and technical SEO

We are looking for a Backend Engineer to join our team and contribute to the digital products we build for clients across healthtech, SaaS and e-commerce. You will work on APIs, integrations and server-side logic alongside a cross-functional team of engineers and designers.
What you will do
- Build and maintain backend systems, REST APIs and server-side logic
- Integrate third-party services, APIs and data sources
- Collaborate with frontend developers and designers to deliver end-to-end features
- Write clean, maintainable code with attention to performance and reliability
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions
- Support debugging, testing and deployment across client projects
What you bring
- Must have: 1 to 2 years of hands-on backend development experience
- Proficiency in at least one backend language or framework: PHP, Python (Django), Node.js or similar
- Understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and basic query optimisation
- Familiarity with REST API design and third-party service integration
