This policy explains what personal information Code Pros Pvt. Ltd. ("Code Pros", "we", "us") collects when you use codepros.ai or contact us, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
1. Who we are
Code Pros Pvt. Ltd. is a software engineering company registered in Nepal. We build digital products for clients, mainly in health and longevity. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

This policy covers our website and our sales and project conversations. It does not cover data we process inside products we build for clients. That data is handled under our contract with each client, and the client's own privacy policy applies to its users.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form: your name, company name, business email, phone number, budget range, website, the service you are looking for and your message. These are sent to our email inbox and are not stored on the website.
- Booking a call: when you book through Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email and any answers you give, and shares them with us.
- Email and calls: anything you send us by email or tell us on a call.
- Job applications: your CV, portfolio and anything else you send when you apply by email.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data: pages you visit, how you move through the site, the page that referred you, your approximate location from your IP address, and your device and browser type.
- Security data: Google reCAPTCHA checks form submissions for spam and abuse, which involves collecting hardware and software information and sending it to Google.
We do not knowingly collect information from children, and the site is not meant for them.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have a legal or similar effect on you.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and security:
- Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics: measure visits and how the site is used.
- PostHog: product analytics that shows how visitors use the site, including session replays of how pages are used. Form fields are masked in replays, so what you type is not recorded.
- Google reCAPTCHA: protects the contact form from spam.
Where the law requires your consent, we ask for it before setting analytics cookies, and you can change your choice at any time. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only what they need:

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case the new owner would be bound by this policy.
6. International transfers
We are based in Nepal, and several of our providers are in the United States. Your information may therefore be processed outside your country. Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on the safeguards our providers offer, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become projects: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.
- Client and project records: for the length of the engagement plus the period Nepali tax and company law requires.
- Job applications: up to 12 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Analytics data: for the retention period set in each analytics tool.
8. How we protect it
We use access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and reputable providers to protect your information. No system is completely secure, but we will tell you and the relevant authority about a breach when the law requires it.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- see the personal information we hold about you
- correct it
- delete it
- limit or object to how we use it
- give you a copy in a portable format
- withdraw consent, where we rely on consent

10. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when our practices change, and change the "Last updated" date above. If a change is significant, we will say so clearly on the site.
